TCBY Yogurt, Little Rock, AR - California Franchises - Market Entry through Integrated Marketing Communications, Events, Public Relations, and Ad Placements.

• Raised sales 167% during the first week of promotion by strategically designing and implementing a series of Grand Opening events at each location to reach a target audience within a two miles radius, while creating wide spread public awareness through:

• News and features placement, media interviews, news releases and media advisories to media worthy events.

• Incorporated cause-marketing strategies to tie into the annual Easter Seal Telethon.

- Percentage of grand opening profits went to Easter Seals local chapter.

- TCBY Yogurt product was given away throughout the Telethon.

Center for Children, San Diego, CA - Marketing, Public Relations, and Event Planning.

• Building public awareness that the Center had successfully been in existence for over 100 years was the basis of an ongoing communications and media strategy.

• Developed and implemented a 3-year integrated marketing communications plan, after successfully producing a year long Centennial Celebration, which was produced through the following:

- News and features placement, media interviews, news releases and media advisories to media worthy events.

- Public Service Announcements with celebrity spokespersons.

• Designed a direct mail piece, Confidential Report, and four-color brochure.

• Processed all packaging and mailing, follow up communications, and contract preparation.

Successfully Developed Entry Plan into Dixieline Lumber.

Healthcare

Scripps Health – San Diego County - System-wide Program Development – Art For Healing

• Assessed, improved and developed a system-wide program in six hospitals during an 18 month consultant contract.

• Created regional task forces to bring Board of Directors, Administration, Facilities, Physicians and staff together in the development of "Art For Healing" Program.

• Local, national, international art acquisitions and construction of Heal Gardens.

• Collaborated with in-house marketing communications department to build public awareness, coordinate Art Openings and Receptions.

• Supervised in-house Art Inventories, and preservations.
